Most such online applications require that you 'register' with the site, which creates a file for you. This permits the court to create an electronic file, with the court seal (stamp), indicating that it has been processed, and a court date assigned. You generally need to check back in your 'file' to see and download the PDF, which you then forward to the process server, for service.
